Sad to say I was not satisfied. The product took too long to get to me and when I received it, it was damaged! I'm talking broken pieces came out of the box, starches and dents, along with holes and cracks!!! Called, for a replacement, took forever to get a hold of them and I'm still waiting for my equipment after agreeing that it would be expedited, that was about two weeks ago! Two weeks I will not get back, and could have used to work out. I highly do not recommend buying from this company! Maybe my statement may change once I actually get my machine in and it works properly without any flaws! Until then don't waste your money!
Okay, so I finally got my elliptical in and decided to open it right away before anything else and saw once again it was broken/used! I called them once again asking for anything to resolve it and they told me and I quote: "if it was broken the first and second time, it will be broken the third..." he was completely rude as was the manager and they tried to blame it on UPS, but UPS cannot do turn a "new" product into a used one! I hope no one else has to deal with this, please don't buy from them! One star is just being too generous!
